I DID NOT DRAW THIS

=3 ~Koaled drew it. Its acually in my favorites. ^^ [link] <-- Is acually the real copy. Oh wonderful ~Koaled ...I praise thee. You are a goddess...thing. Yeah.

I asked to color it for a couple of reasons 1) It was kickass and it would look so cool colored, 2) I'm a total n00b to photoshop, and truthfully, I still have no clue how to use it. I would have attempted to put in a background, but that would make it look terrible, and the original has no background. So I decided against it.

I think it turned out really good, 'cause it was already inked. I have no clue how to ink things and make lineart, so thats why it takes me forever. Links to tutorials please?

If anyone has anime lineart that they would gladly let me use to practice, please let me know ^^;

For a beginner the coloring is awesome. I can't think of much you should improve on, the coloring fits the artwork with it's cartoony like coloring style. Really cute, props to both you artists!!

^^ you did a good job coloring this!
okay about linerart...
Lineart is usually made using a usb compatible tablet (it looks kinda like a notepad with a pen attached to it o_O but the pen has a pressure sensitive plastic tip) that is used along witha program like photoshop to draw straight to PC. I thought about doing this quite a few times, but I could never really do it well o_O you can also do lineart with mouse, but it'll take forever. you usually do it using a very thin brush/pencil and then ink with a darker outline and add color as needed o_O I hope I summed it up.
You may want to look into a tablet, though o_O mine sucks, so that's the only reason I don't use mine.
